when we first decided to sell our home we wanted to be sure to garantee ourselves with the best realtor. We have spoken with a few friends who have currently sold there properties through Lisa and they gave us nothing but positive feedback about her, so when myself and my fiance were ready to put our house on the market we called lisa. As soon as she answered the phone we knew right away with the very cheerful answer she was gonna be the perfect realtor for us and our family. Our son got a job at Suncor and was moving to Ft Mcmurray, Alberta. We decided to buy a home for him. We have never been to Ft McMurray before. We had no idea which neighborhood was safe and so on and so forth. We were browsing mls.ca and spoke to few realtors and found Lisa Hartigan to be very friendly. So we decided to go with her. Since it was the first time we were buying an apartment we had no idea as to what to expect. She walked us through the whole process with so much ease and made it very stress free. She sent a lot more pictures of the apartment- since we were in Vancouver, BC and could not physically go and see the place. She arranged for a mortgage broker and lawyer. We told her the critical factor was time since our son has to move into the apartment within 2 or 3 days of his reaching the place. Our first call to Lisa was on 17th September 2007 and our son took possession of the apartment on the 10th October 2007.The extraordinary speed with which she completed the transaction is commendable. What started as a business relationship has grown into a friendship. Lisa is a quintessence of dependability and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning to buy a home in Ft McMurray.

Lisa Hartigan Rocks! The purchase of my first house in the land of whirlwind real estate was as easy as 1-2-3....once I met Lisa. After finding a home in a new subdivision that I fell in love with, I contacted the developer's realtor only to be told that I was too late (no sympathy or offer to look at other properties was made) . A bit defeated, I visited the REMAX office and was luckily put in contact with Lisa. Within minutes she had me laughing and excited to start a new search. While looking at other properties I mentioned to her about the one I had found previously and she said; "Let me look into it." Within 24 hours she worked her magic, called me and said "Chris, it's yours if you want it." Two years later and I couldn't be happier. Lisa treated me as if I was her number one client although her schedule was full. She kept in constant contact and provided excellent advice along the way. Lisa is the epitome of customer service and goes above and beyond the call of duty for her clients. To this day she still checks in with me to see how things are. My husband and I first met Lisa Hartigan in June/03. Lisa knew my husband was considering a job position in Fort McMurray and she literally spent all afternoon showing us all of the available houses for sale. Lisa helped us every way possible when it came time to actually buying a home. Lisa's sense of humor, dedication, and professionalism is why we called her back when it was time to sell our home. She took the time to call us and update us with facts and never made us feel pressured or rushed. July 29, 2008Thanks for all the time and effort
Our family met Lisa in 2005 when we first decided to sell our home, and well it just so happened that the day we were suppose to list I fell and broke my leg. But Lisa came to see me in the hospital and brought me the listing I had asked for the days before and let us go at our own pace. However due to medical troubles and the birth of our daughter we did not actually complete the deal until January 2007. However never once did she put us on the back burner and every time we called it was as if it was the first!! She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable even when things were hectic with her own family she always made time to call and check in and never pushed. Through the last 2 years we have really come to consider her a friend and a blessing to have in our lives. Thanks for all the time and effort.

Buying a home is hard enough as it is, especially when you've never done it before and have no relatives who've dealt with the many different and also difficult things required to purchase a home these days. Thankfully, there are (one in a million) realtors like Lisa Hartigan. She walked us through every avenue of the purchasing process, worked around our hectic schedules and set up appointments with people we didn't even know we had to see! Making it easy for us, that's an understatement.. Lisa was understanding and really cared to help us find a place that had everything we wanted, and without her help I doubt I'd be writing from my computer room of my own home today. For something that most would call stressful, I was fortunate enough to have fun with each turn of every corner that lead up to our home. With her upbeat personality, her genuine concern and love for finding you exactly what you're looking for, Lisa has been more like an instant friend as opposed to just "someone else I had to deal with" and I know when/if we decide to sell, I'll be calling her!!
