Born in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Lisa has lived in many places in Canada throughout her childhood and into adulthood. A few places she has called home are Calgary, Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, Yorkton, Amerherst, Bathurst, Fredericton, Truro,
Fort St.John and Vancouver, finally making Fort McMurray her home in 1995.

Lisa has a post secondary education from Blanche MacDonald Institute in Special Effects make up for movies and film.

In 1995 Lisa moved to Fort Mc Murray and started working with Chalifour Appraisals (a local appraisal firm), and learned a lot about the housing market in Fort McMurray and became instantly interested in Real Estate. In 2001, she became a REALTOR® with Re/Max Fort Mc Murray. In her time with Re/Max, she received several distinctive awards and honors. Becoming top 50 agents with Re/Max, Lisa received the Prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame in 2003.

In 2006 Lisa’s brother Colin Hartigan opened Coldwell Banker Fort McMurray.

In the Coldwell Banker network Lisa has accomplished top honors in sales including:

2006-2009 Presidents International Elite (top 1% agents in the world), Presidents Premier (Canada top award in sales), and has been #2 in Western Canada for 2007-2009 and #3 agent in Canada 2007-2009. The Coldwell Banker Fort McMurray office has also been the #1 office in Canada 2006-2009. With the local MLS board, she has also received highest achievable ranking Legends award 2004-2009.

In 2008, Lisa was featured in Profiles of Success Magazine documenting her success and career in Real Estate.

Lisa is also a Mother of twin girls Emily and Mallory. As a Mother, Lisa became involved in many Councils and Boards including St. Anne’s Parent Council (Past Council President), Coaching Little League Baseball and Managing Minor hockey teams.

Lisa became involved in and supports many local fundraisers such as the Festival of Trees, Keyano College, Fort McMurray Food Bank and the Canadian Cancer Society. The Coldwell Banker office and Lisa have both been huge supporters and sponsors of local Athletic clubs including Minor Hockey, Fort McMurray Swim Club, Little League Baseball, Fort McMurray Youth Soccer and more. Lisa is also a pet lover and supports the local SPCA.
